    Vendors are responsible to provide their own tent or canopy (including 40lb of weight per leg), tables, and chairs. The city will provide the space ONLY.

    Vendor Agreement Acknowledgement - By checking this box you are stating that (i) you are an authorized representative of the organization on this application and (ii) you understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Merchandise Vendor Agreement.

    Vendors must provide the city with a certificate of liability Insurance, including proof of Worker's Compensation coverage, in order to participate. Click here for a sample of the certificate of liability insurance.

    *NOTE: Your insurance certificate MUST list the event name & date under "Description of Operations" and the "Certificate Holder" must be the City of Aurora attn: Risk Management 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, 3rd Floor Aurora, CO 80012
