eSports Birthday Party Request Form

Thank you for your interest in our eSports Birthday Party packages!

Birthday parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays 12-2pm or 3-5pm.

Our two party packages we offer are:

Standard Party Package

90 minutes of gaming (up to 12 participants)
30 additional minutes in Parkview party room (Party room can be used during the entire duration of the party)

Pizza Party Package

90 minutes of gaming (up to 12 participants)
30 addition minutes in Parkview party room(Party room can be used during the entire duration of the party)
3 pizzas and 2 sodas (2liters)

We DO NOT provide plates, cups, napkins, and any other items needed. So please bring those items with you.

Cancellations within two-weeks are required to pay 20% of total rental.
