All applications must be submitted no later than March 31 each year to be considered for the following year's calendar. Any applications received after this date each year will be considered ONLY if fields are available. Please complete one form for each tournament. 

Special requests or additional field maintenance must be included in your game schedule and approved by City of Aurora Staff.

Outside vendors need to be pre-approved. For multi-purpose fields please attach field dimensions and desired field layouts.
