City of Aurora Tournament Application

All applications must be submitted no later than March 31 each year to be considered for the following year's calendar. Any applications received after this date each year will be considered ONLY if fields are available. Please complete one form for each tournament. 

-$500 deposit and Certificate of Insurance is required for events

Please coordinate with Facility Supervisor for food sales and service. The City of Aurora reserves the right for Food sales/service.
