The city of Aurora invites you to engage with the community as we celebrate Veterans Day and recognition of the 75th anniversary of the United States Air Force.

Please note prior to completing your vendor application:

• The 2022 event venue is the Hyatt-Regency Aurora-Denver located at 13200 E. 14th Place, Aurora, 80010 
• Vendor fee to participate is $150 per table. If you do not complete and submit an application you will not be allowed to participate. 
• Vendor fee does not include luncheon tickets. If you plan to attend the luncheon ceremony following the vendor fair, you must purchase your luncheon ticket separetely for $10 per the event website.
• No food or beverages may be distributed (with the exception of prepackaged, store bought candies).
• Venor fee includes (1) six-foot table and two chairs. Power will not be provided. 
• Booths must be fully staffed and open, and must remain fully staffed and open between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and noon on November 3, 2022. 
• Vendor spaces are limited and expected to fill. Deadline is Friday, October 14 at 5 p.m.

Vendors space includes one 6' table and two chairs. Vendors are responsible to provide any addational equipment they may need. The city will provide the space, table and chairs ONLY. No power will be provided or available.
