2024 City of Aurora Global Fest Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interested in attending the City of Aurora's 2024 Global Fest
 
The estimated attendance for this event is 8,000.
 
All food vendors must be licensed by Arapahoe County and have a City of Aurora Tax License.
 
Before submitting your application please gather the following documentation- 
 
-City of Aurora Tax License
-Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
-Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below for more information)
 
This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Vendor Information

A City of Aurora Tax License is required for all Food Vendors. Please note we cannot accept state tax licenses or those from any other municipality.

    Out of what side of your truck/trailer do you serve?

    Food Vendor Spaces are 20' wide x 15' deep- $275

    If vendors are tented you are responsible for providing your own tent or canopy (including 40lb of weight per leg), tables, and chairs. The city will provide the space ONLY. 

    Electricity is available for an additional fee of $200 for Global Fest food vendors.

    Vendor Agreement Acknowledgement - By checking this box you are stating that (i) you are an authorized representative of the organization on this application and (ii) you understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Food Vendor Agreement for each event to which you are applying.

    Invoices will be sent out within one month of each event date. Payment must be made online. By checking this box you are stating you understand that if payment is not made two weeks prior to event date your vendor space will be forfeit.

    Insurance Requirements

    Vendors must provide the city with a certificate of liability Insurance, including proof of Worker's Compensation coverage, in order to participate. Click here for a sample of the certificate of liability insurance.

    *NOTE: Your insurance certificate MUST list the event name(s) & date (s) under "Description of Operations" and the "Certificate Holder" must be the City of Aurora attn: Risk Management 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, 3rd Floor Aurora, CO 80012
