City of Aurora Small Business Photography and Video Content Creation Studio - Terms of Use Agreement & Waiver

The city of Aurora has made available to licensed small businesses in good standing in Aurora, including retailers and restaurants, the use of a photography and video equipment studio currently located at The People’s Building (9995 E. Colfax Ave.) for the purpose of providing a resource to market your business.

To use this studio, this agreement and waiver will need to be completed, along with the electronic information form located at: https://auroraco.seamlessdocs.com/f/ccstudio.

Once this agreement and waiver and the electronic info form have been completed, a city of Aurora representative will reach out to you regarding scheduling a studio session.

As a signatory to this agreement, I agree to the following:

I have received and read the Studio Equipment Operations Guide and understand how to use the equipment properly. In the case that I have any questions, I agree to ask the representative on site before trying to figure out how to do it myself.

I will not bring food or drink into the studio area.

I will ensure the photography and video equipment is in the same condition it was in prior to the studio session. (All equipment must stay in the studio at all times.)

I will only use the photography and video equipment and the resulting work produced in the studio in a legal manner for the sole purpose of marketing my own business.

As the user of the photography and video equipment studio, I am solely responsible for any damage or loss during a studio session.

For and in consideration of the use of this Facility and the equipment described herein, I understand and agree that I assume responsibility for illness or injury or property loss incurred by any guest or person resulting from my use of the Facility, and for any damage to Facility or theft of collections, equipment, and/or materials. Additionally, I assume liability for any damage to the facility caused by any contractors, subcontractors, guests, employees, agents, and vendors.
