Aurora History Museum and Historic Sites Physical Object Donation Form

Thank you for your interest in donating to the Aurora History Museum and Historic Sites Collections.

The Aurora History Museum and Historic Sites (AHMHS) collect objects that tell the story of Aurora, Colorado. To help our staff in evaluating the object you would like to donate please provide a full description of the object by filling out the form below. Please do not deliver or mail the object(s) at this time. Staff will let you know if the object has been accepted or declined. If accepted, staff will provide information on how to transfer the object into our care.

Please note:

AHMHS can only accept donations from parties with full legal ownership of the physical object.
Donations to AHMHS are tax deductible, however, we cannot provide valuation of your physical object. Please contact an appraiser for valuation prior to donation.
Please fill out a form for each physical object you would like to donate. Multiple entries on one form will be denied and staff will contact you to create a form for each object.
