Please allow 48 hours of response time after submission of your request.

50% of total rental amount owed will be due prior to first date of rental. The remaining balance will be invoiced after the completion of the last rental date and will be due within 30 days of final invoice date.

Rental dates that are canceled due to inclement weather will be removed from the final invoice. Weather make up dates will not be given. 

Outside vendors need to be pre-approved. For Multi-Purpose Grass Fields please attach requested field dimensions.
